    Appointments

    • Booking requests are confirmed by us. Times and prices shown on the website are estimates; final price depends on hair length, size and style, and we confirm it before we start.
    • Please arrive on time and follow any prep instructions we send. If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as early as possible so we can offer the time to another client.

    Text message (SMS) program terms

    • Program: Lauviah African Hair Braiding text messages. You may receive customer care messages (replies to your questions, appointment confirmations, reminders and updates) and, if you separately agree, promotional messages (offers, discounts and announcements).
    • How you join: by giving your mobile number and checking the consent box in the chat on our "Text us" page (lauviahhairbraiding.com/text-us). Consent is not a condition of purchase.
    • Frequency: message frequency varies.
    • Cost: message and data rates may apply.
    • Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one final message confirming you are unsubscribed.
